Scope of Services
IZIN.co.id provides business licensing consultation and execution support in Indonesia, including but not limited to establishing PT, CV, PMA, trademark registration (IPR), and sectoral permit management via the OSS system.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate, valid, and up-to-date data, documents, and information. IZIN.co.id is not responsible for losses arising from inaccuracies in data provided by users.
Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting client confidential information. All submitted documents and company data will be stored with high security standards and will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, unless required by law.
Fees and Payment
All service fees must be paid according to the issued invoice. We begin processing as soon as payment confirmation is received according to the agreed terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through deliberation before pursuing legal action in the designated jurisdiction.
