Syarat Pengurusan
OSS, NPWP, IUMK, NIB Ekspor & Impor
Untuk mengurus OSS RBA (Online Single Submission Risiko Berbasis Analisis), ada beberapa persyaratan yang perlu dipenuhi. OSS RBA adalah sistem yang digunakan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk memudahkan perizinan berusaha berbasis risiko. Berikut adalah syarat dan langkah-langkah utama untuk pengurusannya:

Data Pemilik atau Pengurus
- Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB): Ini adalah syarat utama yang harus dimiliki perusahaan untuk mendapatkan izin berusaha. NIB dapat dibuat melalui sistem OSS.
- Akta Pendirian Perusahaan: Akta yang disahkan oleh Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (untuk perusahaan berbentuk PT).
- Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP): NPWP perusahaan.
- Surat Keterangan Domisili Usaha (SKDU): Ini opsional, tergantung pada kebijakan pemerintah daerah.
- Dokumen Lingkungan: Jika diperlukan, seperti UKL-UPL atau Amdal, terutama untuk usaha yang memiliki risiko lingkungan.

Mempersiapkan Dokumen Perusahaan
- Data Diri Pemilik/Pengurus Perusahaan: KTP dan NPWP pemilik atau pengurus perusahaan.
- Alamat Domisili: Alamat perusahaan yang sesuai dengan domisili usaha.

Mendaftar Melalui Sistem OSS
- Membuat Akun OSS: Buat akun di portal OSS (oss.go.id) dengan mendaftarkan data perusahaan dan data pengurus.
- Melengkapi Formulir Risiko: Pada sistem OSS RBA, Anda akan diminta untuk mengisi formulir penilaian risiko sesuai dengan jenis usaha yang akan dijalankan. Penilaian risiko ini akan menentukan jenis izin atau persetujuan yang dibutuhkan.
- Mengisi Data Perusahaan: Isikan detail lengkap terkait data perusahaan seperti bidang usaha (sesuai Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia atau KBLI), alamat, jumlah pekerja, dan sebagainya.

Izin Berdasarkan Risiko Usaha
- Risiko Rendah (NIB saja): Perusahaan yang dianggap memiliki risiko rendah hanya memerlukan NIB sebagai izin berusaha.
- Risiko Menengah (NIB + Izin): Untuk risiko menengah, perusahaan mungkin memerlukan NIB ditambah izin lainnya yang disesuaikan dengan klasifikasi.
- Risiko Tinggi (NIB + Izin dan Pengawasan Khusus): Perusahaan dengan risiko tinggi perlu mengajukan NIB, izin khusus, dan mendapatkan persetujuan tambahan serta pengawasan dari pihak terkait.

Pembayaran Retribusi atau Biaya Izin (Jika Diperlukan)
- Jika ada biaya administrasi atau retribusi yang dikenakan, pastikan untuk menyelesaikan pembayaran ini melalui platform OSS atau bank yang ditentukan.

Pengawasan dan Pemenuhan Komitmen
- Setelah perizinan diterbitkan, perusahaan berkewajiban untuk mematuhi regulasi dan syarat lainnya yang berlaku sesuai jenis usaha.
