Differences between Individual PT and Regular PT
Individual PT
- Individual PT can only be established by 1 person/ID Card Number (NIK). In 1 year, 1 NIK can only create 1 Individual PT.
- Individual PT can only be established with a maximum business capital of IDR 5,000,000,000. Above that value, you can create a regular PT.
- Micro Individual PT (capital under 1 Billion) maximum turnover is IDR 5,000,000,000
- Small Individual PT (capital under 5 Billion) maximum turnover is IDR 15,000,000,000
- Individual PT does not require a notary deed
Regular PT
- Regular PT is established by at least 2 people.
- Regular PT has no maximum capital or turnover limits.
- Must have a notary deed for its establishment.

Businesses Eligible for Individual PT
Micro Business
Determined based on a maximum business capital of IDR 1 billion excluding land and business premises, or a maximum annual sales revenue of IDR 5 billion.
Small Business
Determined based on business capital ownership of more than IDR 1 billion to IDR 5 billion excluding land and business premises, or a maximum annual sales revenue of IDR 15 billion.
